Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)


1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

A squeeze of fresh lime juice (optional)

Ice cubes (optional for extra chill)


Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. If you’re using fresh blueberries, rinse them well.

Blend the smoothie: Add the avocado, blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and any sweeteners (honey or maple syrup) to a blender. If you’re using lime juice, add it now.

Blend until smooth: Blend on high until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. Add ice cubes if you want a colder smoothie or more milk for a thinner texture.
